Pre-Construction
This critical part of the process allows us to bring our extensive building experience to effectively tailor a strategy that suits each client’s individual needs. By meeting with clients, architects and designers a clear plan for construction is established and a preliminary schedule is arranged. We then competitively bid the project to our vetted network of subcontractors and vendors creating realistic schedules and budgets, providing construction details and cost options. Our early involvement results in time and money saved. It is our aim to create a positive building experience for our clients and collaborators from the very start.
Construction
During this process, we work to ensure our clients receive the best price from the most appropriate craftsman and companies. Our thoughtfully handpicked teams are designed to complement the complex needs of our clients and the aim of the design.
